Green Plaza

Green Blizzard combs through the various green apps on the marketplace, looking for useful and worthwhile your time apps.  The Green Plaza iPhone App is not worth your time.  Frankly it would be better spent reading from the 100’s of articles already posted on Green Blizzard.

Green Blizzard has done what Green Plaza intended to do, but they’ve apparently turned off the lights (hopefully – they remembered) and closed the door.  Also hope they remembered to adjust their heat and AC temperature settings.

Green Plaza came out with good intentions with an educational and green awareness app, but apparently the business model and funding was not there for them to persevere.   It is NOT worth the 99 cents unless you’ll be happy with 10 minutes of entertainment and reading for that price.   There are too many better options, like the GreenBlizzard.com homepage on which to feed your curiosity.

However, Green Blizzard did find a few really worthwhile apps.  Check out some of the other Green Blizzard reviewed phone apps: Seafood Watch,  GreenPeace Tissue Guide, Dirty Dozen, and Gas Buddy.  Gas Buddy will not help you achieve a more sustainable lifestyle, but at least it will help you put less money into the giant petroleum companies pockets.   Help us out and spread the word about GreenBlizzard.com with your friends, family, neighbors, co-workers.
